1. Switch on the power supply.

4, check the mechanical action (lifting platform, door, push zipper operation; Whether the running stability and noise of circulating fan and oil stirring are normal, handle abnormal situations in time to ensure the normal operation of equipment.

5, switch on the "heating control", start the room temperature control, according to the multi-purpose furnace heating curve.

6. Start the oil tank heating of the nitrizing furnace, and check whether the quenching oil level reaches the standard oil level after the oil temperature reaches the set value. If the oil level is too low, the quenching oil should be added in time to make the oil level reach the required height.
