Structure of mesh belt tempering furnace:

The main structure of mesh belt tempering furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, muffle, mesh belt, transmission mechanism and electric control system.

The furnace shell and cover are mainly formed by bending the steel plate and welding the section steel, with beautiful appearance.


The furnace lining is of super energy-saving structure: the furnace bottom lining insulation layer is made of insulation bricks with a unit weight of 0.8, the insulation layers on both sides are made of aluminum silicate fibers, and the surface of the furnace shell is padded with a layer of asbestos board (the thermal conductivity is small at low temperatures); The insulation layer on the furnace cover adopts a full fiber needle felt module, which is anchored on the furnace cover steel plate with a special method (commonly known as the ceiling structure). This structure has many advantages, such as good heat insulation effect, low energy storage, small heat loss, good thermal shock, convenient inspection, etc. Greatly improve the service life of furnace lining. The parameters of electric furnace, such as empty furnace loss power, furnace wall temperature rise and furnace temperature average, are superior to the standard.


The muffle is made of heat-resistant stainless steel plate after being bent into a corrugated shape and welded, with high temperature strength.

The motor operates with stepless speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation control. It is driven by the main drive sprocket, and is fixed and tightened by the auxiliary sprocket, limit clamping wheel, etc. It is equipped with a power failure protection device. In case of power failure, the manual booster tube is used to rotate the mesh belt, so as to prevent the mesh belt from stopping operation due to power failure, resulting in over burning of the workpiece in the furnace, burning of the mesh belt, etc.


The intelligent temperature controller of SHIMA Company is used as the heating temperature controller. The instrument is equipped with a PID operation module of self adjustment and scale, which can effectively prevent temperature overshoot. At the same time, the instrument can perform function selection, configuration and parameter setting, and display the set value and actual value digitally. SCR series combined three-phase thyristor power controller is adopted for main heating, which is continuous non on-off type. It is not traditional electrical on-off type in control, but continuously and automatically adjusts heating power according to temperature control requirements. High precision temperature control for high power, no noise, no interference to internal power grid.
