The fixing method is to use threading and hook nails to fix the fibers, that is, evenly threading the fibers in the block fiber cotton, then hook the threading with hook nails, and weld with the furnace body after tensioning. High alumina bricks are used for the pressure resistance part of the trolley, and thermal insulation bricks are used for the lower part.


The furnace door is lifted on the guide rail by means of rollers It is realized by rolling up and down, and is sealed with advanced spring compression device, which not only ensures the fitting and sealing between furnace door fiber and furnace body fiber when closing, but also ensures that fiber will not be damaged by friction during opening and closing. The power of furnace door and trolley is provided by motor and has controllable braking function.


Each moving mechanism of the electric furnace adopts interlocking control, that is, after the furnace door is opened, the power supply of the heating element is automatically cut off, and the power supply when the trolley is traveling is restored; After the furnace door is closed, the power supply of the trolley traveling motor will be cut off automatically, and the power supply of the heating elements will be restored at the same time to prevent accidents due to misoperation.


The heating element is wound with high temperature resistance alloy wire into ribbon and spiral shape, which are respectively hung on the furnace side and the wire laying bricks of the trolley, and fixed with high aluminum porcelain nails and wire laying bricks to prevent falling out.


The bottom plate of the pressure resistant and high temperature resistant cast steel furnace is installed on the trolley to carry the workpiece. In order to prevent the oxide skin generated after the workpiece is heated from falling into the heating element through the gap between the furnace floor and causing damage to the heating element, the contact between the furnace floor and the furnace body is plug-in contact.


The furnace is divided into multi zone temperature control. The furnace temperature control system uses advanced intelligent temperature controller to realize the temperature rise and furnace temperature control in the furnace. The system has advanced intelligent PID control algorithm, five digit super large LCD display, perfect self tuning and adaptive functions, temperature control and furnace temperature are displayed at the same time, and can be programmed and controlled according to the process requirements of the workpiece, automatically adjust and control the heating power in the furnace, which is easy to operate, The supporting control system also has the function of audible and visual over temperature alarm. The power trigger of the furnace temperature control system adopts three-phase three wire contactless output module matched with bidirectional silicon controlled rectifier, which ensures accurate and stable temperature control. The system is also equipped with a temperature recorder, which can record the temperature of each furnace timely and accurately for inspection.
